In the Dressing the Wind workshop, participants collaboratively develop textile elements that will later be featured in a performance in Stuttgart’s urban space. Inspired by the festival theme of “air,” shapes, colors, and fabrics are combined into new flags and textile objects that make the power of the wind visible.
Across two workshop sessions, the transformative potential of art is explored, as forms and colors come together to create open, community-building interpretations. Carefully selected, arranged, and sewn, the textiles are prepared to let the wind set them dancing — a poetic interplay between humans, nature, and collective creation.
